On the morning of March 24, 2024, a grand event was held on the 7th floor of the Yintai Jixiang Building, 88 Wangfujing Street, Beijing, jointly organized by the International Cell Rehabilitation Association (CRA) and the World Chinese Elite Federation. The event brought together numerous distinguished guests, including Prof. Zhang Hongkai, Global President and Founding Member of the International Cell Rehabilitation Association, and Guan Bihong, Founding President of the World Chinese Elite Federation, to witness this significant moment.

Host Wang Tao opened the event with a warm and enthusiastic introduction, welcoming the guests and briefly outlining the agenda and background of the event. Following this, various guests took the stage to deliver speeches, offering their blessings and expectations for the event.

The event began with a keynote speech by Prof. Zhang Hongkai, Founder of the International Cell Rehabilitation Association, Vice President of the World Chinese Elite Federation, and pioneer in cell medicine. His speech was titled “Living to 125 Years is Not a Dream: The Future of Medicine and Cell Medicine.”

Chairman Guan Bihong also delivered a passionate speech, reflecting on the development of the International Cell Rehabilitation Association and the World Chinese Elite Federation, and expressing optimistic expectations for the future.

Following this, Chairman Zhang Xunbin of the Global Chinese Influence Awards Organizing Committee congratulated the successful hosting of the event. He highlighted Prof. Zhang Hongkai's influence in the field of cell medicine and expressed hopes for global Chinese communities to unite and contribute to their development.

During the event, the International Cell Rehabilitation Association and the World Chinese Elite Federation officially inaugurated their China branch, marking the beginning of their significant roles in advancing international rehabilitation and contributing to the Chinese community. The ceremony also included the issuance of appointment letters to several key figures, who will contribute to the development of the Chinese community and promote cooperation and exchange in related fields.

Prof. Zhang Hongkai presented appointment letters for the following positions:

- Hong Ziqing, President of Hong Kong Jinyunjia Group and Chairman of Shenzhen Qingtian Group, was appointed President of the CRA China Branch.

- Wang Siyuan, founder of a cell bank, was appointed Vice President of the CRA China Branch.

- Zhang Xunbin, Chairman of the Global Chinese Influence Awards Organizing Committee, was appointed Vice President of the CRA China Branch.

- Wang Ying, Head of the Research Platform at the Second Clinical Medical College of Guangdong Medical University, was appointed Vice President of the CRA China Branch.

- Academician Wei Qiming, Executive Director of the Stem Cell Research Institute of Zhongguancun, was appointed Vice President of the CRA China Branch.

- Li Lingxi, Chairman of Jinximeng Cell Equipment Company, was appointed Vice President of the CRA China Branch.

Prof. Zhang, who proposed the concept of cell hospitals a decade ago, shared his vision of establishing cell hospitals across China and benefiting more people through future medicine, specifically cell medicine, to enhance health, beauty, and anti-aging.
